IGNOU sent me Old and used study Materials.

I was surprised to see that IGNOU sent me 18 years old books, few of them are used one and couple of them are missing few pages.

When I complained and asked to change them, A Didi at desk of my study center told me that they can't do any thing. This is what Regional center sent to them. Since I am the only student studying maths here, so no chance of changing it. When I refused to accept it, they told me that you can send an application to RC for fresh set of books. But it could take few months to get a reply from them. They also suggest me to visit RC personally, but most probably that would also wast my time. So had to accept it.

18 years old books, does it means that so few students reads Maths at IGNOU that the books are still in stock at RC, or Books were out of stock and RC people collect it from some "Kabari Wala" for me. 

Got subject my choice - Mathematics

In first year I had read History because my study center said me that Mathematics is not taught in our study center neither have any facility to check assignments etc. So I had read History in place of math. But after searching and some query with IGNOU help center the conformed me that Mathematics can be taken in my center but I can't take any practical based subjects with it like Physics/Chemestry/Biology etc. So, my degree will be BA, not BSc.

But I wanted to read Math at any cost. So, in second years re-registration form I fill all Elective subjects from Math Group (Total 24 Credits). Because I have to complete at least 40 credits to get Honors degree in math.
